		<description>I&#039;m having a bout of procrastination as i write this. Exercise makes me feel better, but doesn&#039;t seem to increase my productivity. For example: I ran Greenlake this afternoon did it well. Now I&#039;m supposed to be finishing up a project for a friend. however, i just don&#039;t feel like it. Instead I&#039;m reading blogs and news online, twittering, and generally being distracted.</description>
